EY is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist/Archivist to join our team in Astana.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Event Management: Planning and organizing corporate events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to EY standards.
Vendor Management: Conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with vendors.
Office Operations: Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the office by overseeing cleaning services, monitoring compliance with sanitation standards, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Office Supplies Management: Procuring and maintaining office equipment, kitchenware, and supplies, including medical supplies.
Document Management: Establishing and maintaining a professional document archive system for hardcopy documents, including:
Optimizing storage procedures for operational and long-term archives.
Conducting annual inventory of the archive fund, including analysis of internal databases.
Creating a digital archive of scanned documents.
Electronic Database Management: Developing and managing an electronic database system for easy retrieval and management of professional documents.
Document Support: Providing efficient and timely access to documentation for EY professionals, adhering to EY’s archive policy.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to global EY archive policies and procedures.
Other duties: Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and resourceful, with a high tolerance for detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
