Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO to support daily executive operations. This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication, coordination, and trilingual fluency in English, Russian, and Qazaq. The CEO speaks only English, and a significant part of this role involves translating, interpreting, and facilitating communication between the CEO and regional partners, staff, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Translate and interpret meetings, documents, and communications (Qazaq ↔ Russian ↔ English)
Organize schedules, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across time zones
Draft, edit, and translate reports, emails, presentations, and official communications
Accompany CEO in meetings and events (remote and in-person)
Perform general administrative tasks and handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with research, reporting, and follow-ups on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Russian, and Qazaq (written and spoken) is mandatory
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience supporting senior leadership or executives (preferred)
High level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
