Business Assistant / Project Manager

Work format: Remote
Employment type: Full-time
Level: Middle (5+ years of experience)

Responsibilities:

-coordinate ongoing company projects
-break down projects into tasks and assign them to the team
-monitor deadlines and task completion status
-manage project trackers (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday)
-prepare weekly project reports and updаtеproject statuses
-organize and run project sync meetings
-document decisions and track follow-ups
-identify project risks and assist in mitigating them
-monitor project KPIs and performance metrics
-maintain transparency of processes across teams
-provide organizational support to the executive
-prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials
-coordinate communication with partners and contractors
-assist in preparing business documents and proposals

Requirements:

-fluent Russian
-English C1 (Advanced)
-experience as project coordinator / business assistant / operations specialist
-experience with task management systems
-strong organizational and prioritization skills
-ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-confident user of Google Workspace / Excel
-crytical/analytical thinking

Nice to Have:

-experience working in startups / IT / consulting
-experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
-understanding of project lifecycle and Agile methodologies
-experience preparing business analytics or operational reports
