Could you be the full-time Certification Engineer in Kazakhstan we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new, cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a vital role in designing, researching, and prototyping solutions to meet customer needs, ultimately contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of our products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as production and suppliers, validate specifications with design authorities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and testing prototypes, as well as maintaining engineering records and designs, but also identifying solutions to improve product and production efficiency.

We’ll look to you for:

• Preparing applications for certification / registration of the declaration of conformity, in accordance with the established requirements

• Ensuring timely confirmation of compliance with the safety requirements of the electric locomotive and its components

• Preparing technical documentation in accordance with the established requirements for submission to the Certification Body

• Monitoring the progress of submitted applications, receiving decisions on applications, and obtaining certificates of compliance / declarations of conformity

• Providing Test Centers with technical documentation and product samples for testing, and obtaining test reports

• Organizing tests for fire and toxicological safety of cable products and materials

• Maintaining records of certificates / declarations of conformity for components, tracking expiration dates, and ensuring timely updates

All about you

• 3+ years of experience in certification

• Knowledge of Kazakhstan legislation on certification and technical regulation

• Familiarity with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 001/2011

• Confident user of Microsoft Office

• Experience in reading design and operational documentation

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Strong planning and result-oriented mindset

• Fluency in Russian and Kazakh; English proficiency is a plus
