Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for managing and supervising the fit-out construction of commercial, residential and retail premises.
Roles and responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the In-House Engineering/site supervision team to ensure project compliance with project requirements (specifications, design and chedule).
Manage all 3rd party design consultants and ensure the design is executed in full compliance with legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
Chair progress meeting and resolve all technical issues affecting progress
Oversee all aspects of site supervision activities, including monitoring progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Develop and implement site management strategies and proper document control system for all supervision works activities.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, identify issues, and provide feedback to the team.
Resolve any site-related problems or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction site management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities, progress reports, and incident reports.
Manage and directing Contractors’ and they sub-structures involved in the project
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Analyzing, managing and mitigating construction risks

Ontime handover of premises by Contractors
Safe and secure works during fit-out (0 incidents)
Related years of experience
Min of: 6+ years of experience in construction management
Field of experience
Previous managerial experience in construction, financial services, real estate, retail or mixed used asset.
Technical and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Qualification
Masters' degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related field
Valid 1-st degree formal technical supervision certificates on all three disciplines
