Promotion Strategy & Planning
- Plan and make promotion policies and strategies
- Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development
- Stay informed on market trends, changes that affect planning
- Maintain portfolios of marketing campaigns, strategies, and other marketing products or ideas
- Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, finance, and corporate affairs
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, using knowledge of products and technologies,
markets, and regulations.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and buying habits, and identify target
· Promotion Implementation
- Implement Confer with department heads the method, or product to be advertised
- Prepare address program for BTL activities in cities
- Working with CRM system, prepare system for each new launch to activate new SKU in fields
- Developing new user profiles of hostess in CRM system
- Develop hostess report monthly
- Provide working conditions for hostess in fields
- Provide transfer of marketing materials to agencies for conducting success working processes
- Plan and provide finish goods for successful working processes
- Provide finish goods inventory monthly for each agency
- Conduct training sessions for hostess and supervisors
- Activation of new cities
- Control activation mechanics in fields (daily audits of hostess in fields)
· Promotion Feedback
- Analyze marketing or sales trends to forecast future conditions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing tactics or channels
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion
campaigns.
- Evaluate / modify methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls,
and questionnaires
· Communicate and cooperative with HQ
- Regularly report to HQ on what is needed
- Co-work with HQ regarding promotion plan & implementation
