Обязанности:

• Knowledge of cost estimation methods for various project stages (from initiation to execution), including engineering work, material, labor, construction, pre-commissioning, and other costs for both contractors and project owners.
• Knowledge of methodological materials governing investment activities for the company and its partners
• Ability to analyze information and present findings to interested parties
• Monitoring market prices for construction and installation work, commissioning services, materials, etc.
• Conducting comparative analysis of proposals (commercial aspects), and preparing conclusions.

Требования:

• Experience in Cost Control for EPC projects
• Higher education in Finance, Economics. Master's degree in Management/Economics/Finance/MBA (preferred)
• Over 3 years of experience as Cost Coordinator
• Kazakh, Russian, English – at least Intermediate level
• Understanding of the specifics of oil and gas projects, technology, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Microsoft Excel), ABC, AspenTech.
