AIFC Authority is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager (Developer) to join our Product Platform team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise as a Java full stack or Java back-end developer and play a pivotal role in the development and support of our cutting-edge digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support digital platforms.
• Work collaboratively as a Java full stack or Java back-end developer on cross-functional teams.
• Analyze, design, and implement software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Minimum requirements

Education:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Professional background:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software analysis, development, and testing.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects as part of a development team.

Language proficiency:

• High proficiency in English – both written and spoken.

Technical skills:

• Strong expertise as a Java full stack or Java back-end developer.
• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging IT products, services, and processes.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Python, and PHP is a plus.

Personal qualities:

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
