- Create and post organic content daily in English, Kazakh, and Russian, including photography, videography, and editing using the latest tools for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to user comments within two working hours, and maintain active engagement with the audience.
- General administration
- Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns and maintain the marketing database, email, and display advertising initiatives.
- Evaluate key metrics such as website traffic, leads, and audience engagement to measure effectiveness.
- Conduct research to track consumer behaviours and trends, incorporating insights into digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and monitor marketing campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Coordination with the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Assist in creating digital marketing materials such as photos and videos to support campaigns.
- Content creation and campaigns
- Design engaging content for email newsletters and social media campaigns tailored to key customer segments.
- Write and edit content for the website, presentations, and advertising materials in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
- Prepare press releases, articles, and media materials, and organise interviews and responses to media inquiries.
Community building and engagement
- Organise live information sessions to provide insights into programmes and admissions process.
- Coordinate with influencers by sharing information, arranging filming sessions, and supervising content development.
- Build and nurture an online community to extend the school’s reach and enhance its reputation by reflecting its values and achievements.
Event management
- Plan and manage marketing and PR events, including strategy development, collaboration with partners and co-organisers, budget planning, and ensuring media coverage.
- Collaboration and coordination
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and content creators to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Ardingly Astana to optimise the school’s online presence and attract pupils, academics, and staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of communication, marketing, and digital strategies.
- Execute the digital communications strategy to deliver measurable results and support the organisation’s goals.

- Demonstrated experience in web-based communications, marketing and technology strategies, including website design, content strategy and management
- Strong writing skills in both and digital platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in information architecture, navigation, user interface, usability, accessibility standards and testing
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics and current/emerging technology
- Experience with digital analytics tools, reporting and making recommendations based on findings
