English-medium Kindergarten teacher under the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) British education system:

1. Demonstrative Teaching: Uses real-life objects and visual aids to explain concepts clearly and interactively for better child understanding.

2. Patience and Responsiveness: Listens and answers children’s repeated questions calmly, supporting their curiosity and confidence.

3. Team Collaboration: Works respectfully with colleagues, shares ideas, and supports group planning for a unified classroom experience.

4. Responsibility & Administration: Manages classroom tasks, completes reports, and supports school events and documentation needs on time.

5. Instruction Following: Understands and applies school policies, directions from supervisors, and curriculum guidelines effectively.

6. Professional Presentation: Maintains a neat, child-friendly appearance, and communicates positively with parents and staff.

7. Curriculum Engagement: Implements EYFS-based lessons with creativity observing children’s progress and adapting as needed.
