Are you interested in a challenging and dynamic role in the field of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Debt Advisory? KPMG is seeking motivated individuals to join our Debt & PPP/Deal Advisory Department as an Executive 1-2. In this position, you will work alongside a team of experts, helping clients solve critical infrastructure and transaction-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to infrastructure development, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance tasks while gaining valuable experience in the advisory sector.

As our Executive 1-2 in Debt & PPP/Deal Advisory, you will:

• Project Participation: Take part in various stages of Public Private Partnership and infrastructure-related projects.
• Financial Models: Prepare and deliver financial models for infrastructure and debt projects.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Client Deliverables: Prepare reports, proposals, contracts, and other project-related documentation, as well as marketing materials for clients.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Have a degree from a leading Kazakhstani or international university.
• Have experience in audit and/or transaction support (preferred but not mandatory). Possess knowledge of Kazakhstani accounting standards and IFRS.
• Hold ACCA/CPA certification (a plus).
• Have strong analytical skills, including the ability to handle large amounts of data and conduct research.
• Are skilled in writing and delivering presentations.
• Are a fast learner, a team player, and have strong communication skills.
• Can prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and pay great attention to detail.
• Have a non-standard approach to problem-solving and can work under pressure.
• Can quickly adapt to changes and new challenges.
• Are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
