Job Description

1. planning, organizing and performing works related to training process support and activities logistic coordination (including food, transportation, equipment, materials printing);
2. interacting with members and/or representatives of companies on all issues related to program organization and implementation;
3. providing assistance in developing specially designed corporate programs for individual companies and cooperating in ensuring compliance with special needs of companies, and/or performing works on new programs development for executives of various companies;
4. monitoring programs quality at all stages and ensuring quality of services provided to companies;
5. closely cooperating with School’s management for commercial offers preparation;
6. participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks

7. within the framework of supervised direction;

8. timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the School and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.
9. In order to fulfill abovementioned functions, Manager executes the following duties:
10. to participate in the development of open enrollment and customized short-term educational programs;
11. timely sending official memos to structural divisions of the University, providing services or attracting outside organizations for services provision within educational programs implementation;
12. start processing of all documents necessary for educational programs organization and implementation (including Dean’s decisions, official memos, contracts, commercial offers);
13. ensure readiness of necessary equipment, materials and classrooms for training process;
14. to ensure quality control of the provision of educational services, as well as to analyze the quality of the implementation of short-term programs after their completion;
15. timely and properly execution of tasks of School and University’s management;
16. observe the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University’s internal documents;
17. perform job duties in good faith;
18. strictly respect labor and performance discipline;
19. observe provision of the University’s mandatory internal documents;
20. in case of dismissal or transfer to another position – pass all paper and digital information, to another person, specified by the School management, under act of acceptance-transfer, and submit the inventory assets to the accountable officers of the University.

• Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
