Finance Analyst responsible for:

Business Support

• To become reliable business partner for business owners which means to provide full support in analyzing monthly business performance of each business lines, preparing requested financial reports, foresee business trends and risks.
• Prepare financial reports in MS Excel & Power BI that enable business to analyze their financial performance.
• Conduct cost and benchmarking analysis: identifying opportunities for Cost efficiency.
• To be part of various business performance meetings, country review meetings.

Business Planning & Development

• Perform annual budget reports.
• Perform quarterly expectancies.
• Implement follow up tool to make "Actual - Target" analysis.
• Coordinate Invest to Divest process.

Reporting

• Support monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting in accordance with Epiroc's guidelines.
• Review preliminary results promptly, follow up, and correct as necessary, including areas such as sales, gross margin, deferred revenue, service costs and recoveries, and functional costs.
• Participate in Monthly Balance Sheet Reviews with accounting team and ensure financial reports are in line with Local & Epiroc Standards.

Continuous Improvements:

• Participate in regular internal & external audits and recommend corrective financial action plans.
• Enhance reporting process flows.
• Assist in reconciliations and business improvement projects.

Projects:

• Participate in projects as requested.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance , ideally in the mining or industrial sector, along with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Key skills include analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Russian.
