We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our internal reconciliation process between back-office data and bank statements. The role also includes helping with invoice reconciliation and general finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with our reconciliation process to match transactions between back-office data and bank statements
• Use Google Sheet/Excel formulas to compare and organise data
• Support invoice reconciliation when needed
• Identify discrepancies and report
• Assist with occasional operational tasks

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
• Good level of English as you'll be working with foreign clients (at least B2)
