Are you passionate about transforming finance functions and helping businesses make data-driven decisions?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our Digital CFO consulting team in Baku office. We help companies from various sectors of the economy transform and improve the efficiency of the financial function in key areas: budgeting, investment planning and control, financial and treasury management (liquidity forecasting and management, working capital management), management accounting, preparation of management reports.

• Lead consulting engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines.
• Advise clients on optimizing finance-related processes such as budgeting, treasury, investment planning, and performance management.
• Develop financial and economic models, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support the design and implementation of IT systems in the finance function, including user consulting and methodology setup.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and identification of new opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Develop and tailor internal products and solutions to meet evolving client needs and market trends.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Mathematics, or a related field
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm or 4 years in a finance-related industry role
• Possess strong knowledge of accounting, financial processes, and at least one industry vertical
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian is a strong advantage
• Are highly proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/CPM systems (e.g., SAP BI, Oracle Hyperion) is a plus
• Hold or are pursuing certifications such as ACCA, CFA, FMVA, or CIMA (preferred)
