Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused CFO to oversee and drive the company’s global financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of structured finance expertise and adaptability to rapidly evolving markets. Experience within payment ecosystems, digital finance, or complex IT-enabled financial environments is key.

This is a confidential role due to the strategic nature of the organization and its operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global financial operations including budgeting, reporting, treasury, and strategic financial planning across multiple legal entities
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with banking partners and financial institutions in various jurisdictions
• Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal governance standards
• Oversee financial management and reporting for a group of affiliated companies within the broader corporate structure
• Interact with financial authorities, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders (including auditors and legal advisors)
• Drive risk management, financial controls, and performance analysis to support executive decision-making
• Build scalable financial processes and infrastructure suitable for high-growth environments

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in payment systems, digital financial services, or IT-driven finance businesses
• Previous background in one or more of the following:
  • Big Four audit or advisory (e.g. EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG)
  • Commercial or investment banking
  • International fintech or enterprise-level IT companies
• Strong understanding of international finance, multi-jurisdiction tax planning, and cross-border operations
• Experience working with or within regulatory frameworks such as financial centers (e.g. MENA, Asia, or EU regions)
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar) are strongly preferred
• High integrity, analytical mindset, and comfort working in a discreet, fast-paced environment
