We're currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to join our Digital CFO team in Astana, eager to expand their knowledge and expertise. In this dynamic role, you’ll assist in project management, develop financial planning systems, and advise clients on FP&A best practices.

As our Consultant, you will:

• Assist in project management and execution of financial planning advisory projects
• Develop and review deliverables, including reports, proposals, and financial models
• Consult clients on financial planning system implementation (budgeting, business planning, etc.) and IFRS updates
• Support business development efforts and client relationship management

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in FP&A consulting or planning in large companies/banks
• Hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Possess experience with financial planning systems (SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, etc.) and financial modeling
• Are fluent in English; Kazakh or additional languages are a plus
• Hold professional certifications like CIMA, CMA, ACCA; experience in project management is an advantage
