The Employee is accountable for AIX inhouse IT solution design and development. Acting as AIX technical solution specialist, Employee will be responsible for IT solution design. This includes existing applications/systems/architecture maintenance/optimization/updating and troubleshooting for application Issues (Incident Tracking and Resolution). Employee is the key person for understanding the technical requirements of the AIX business and providing technical solution for areas such as Production, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Product Development, Testing, Process Improvement.

Role/ Job Purpose, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Analyzing and understanding AIX technical requirements, proposing feasible technical solutions and implementing the solutions.
• Supporting existing applications/systems/architectures maintenance/optimization/updating.
• Under limited supervision, troubleshooting order entry and market data connectivity issues of increasing complexity with clients, exchanges, market centers, and network providers.
• Using expertise and knowledge to handle software errors, failures and capacity issues.
• Installing, monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, supporting AIX inhouse applications/systems to provide maximum performance and availability on complex projects.
• Ensure the implementation of the Cyber Security Policy and procedures.
• protecting the information that he/she accesses in the course of his/her work and the entire information at his/her disposal, including such that has been sent or transferred to him/her by another.
• Implementation of secure development and ‘security by design’ principals.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Front-End developer
• JavaScript, Angular or Ionic
• Knowledge of Flutter would be desirable
• 2+ years of professional software analysis or development experience
• Proven track record of working in development teams on successful projects
• Knowledge of current and emerging IT products, services, and processes
• High proficiency in English - both written and spoken
• High Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Experience with high availability online business application development
• Proven success with product releases
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite

• Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, engagement, persuasion, motivation and loyalty
• Experience with business-critical applications and largescale customer facing applications mobile and web
• Strong analytical and project management skills. Good planning, organizing, problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Comfort with fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to initiate work efforts in an independent manner
• Displays initiative, exhibits flexibility and adaptability.
• Professional understanding OWASP Top 10, Secure development principals.
• Certifications/qualifications: training and refresher training in secure development principals.
