4. Instructions on accounting procedures;
5. Operation procedures and document circulation;
6. Financial calculation procedures;
7. Methods of economic analyses of financial activity;
8. Regulations of acceptance, storage, expenditure of financial resources;
9. Rules of payment with debtors and creditors;
10. Tax policy for juridical persons and natural persons;
11. Rules of drawdown of shortage and loss;
12. Rules of inventory of money and material valuables;
13. Rules and period of balance sheet fulfillment and report;
14. Rules of accounting testing and auditing;
15. Computer skills and special computer programs in accounting;
16. Hotel economy policy;
17. Production and labor organization;
18. Basics of providing hotel services;
19. Labor Law;
20. Safe work habits, fire prevention rules
21. Present job description.
22. Ability to be clear forward thinker, analyze and resolve problems using good judgment in pressure situations.
23. Ability to work with constant interruptions and maintain a calm, pleasant and professional attitude.
24. Ability to ensure confidentiality of pertinent hotel data/information.
25. Ability to work without direct supervision.
26. 1 year experience in bank or similar tasks.
27. Computer knowledge (Excel, Sun System, Fidelio).
