Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales operations strategies to support global revenue targets
• Lead performance analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Support sales enablement initiatives (training, onboarding, content)
• Drive continuous improvement through data and performance insights
• Design and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools across regions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in each market
• Build and manage a high-performing global sales operations team
