WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Passionate educator with a deep love for the English language and teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and shape the teaching process and curriculums of the school;

• Perform teacher evaluations and provide academic support, training and additional tutoring to over 10 teachers;

• Prepare progress reports and conduct in-house testing;

• Arrange regular performance evaluation tests and provide detailed feedback on areas of improvement;

• Advise and support teachers on planning, assessment and resources, including lesson modeling;

• Conduct new student interviews and did counselling with students to evaluate their needs and assess progress;

• Recruitment and adaptation of new teachers;
• Conduct lessons;

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching role
• IELTS certificate
• The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner
• Computer Skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Creative and innovative
• Adaptability
• Collaborative skills
• Able to handle stress
