HR Specialist - Next MBA

Next MBA is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. This in-house role focuses on recruiting talented professionals for our expanding team, particularly in sales, marketing, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills in both English and Russian, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for roles in sales, marketing, and other departments as needed.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires into the company.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally within sales, marketing, or education sectors.
- High proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes at once.
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment software or tools is a plus.
