We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the AIFC Expat Centre. This strategic role focuses on managing relationships and operational processes for the AIFC Investment Tax Residency Programme, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee application processing, compliance checks, and investment verification for Programme participants.
• Liaise with government authorities on tax residency and citizenship matters.
• Conduct due diligence and background checks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (AIX, AFSA, brokers, etc.).
• Support Programme marketing and represent AIFC at international events and forums.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to policy development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s in International Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years in client relationship management, project/product management, or similar roles.
• Strong background in market research and business operations. Project management certifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of investment basics and financial instruments.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
