China Construction Bank Corporation Astana Branch is an overseas branch of China Construction Bank Corporation, which is Kazakhstan-and-Central-Asia oriented. The Branch intends to provide banking services and products throughout Kazakhstan as well as Central Asia. The fundamental client base consists of AIFC participants, local Kazakhstan firms, Chinese firms and etc.

Our bank is seeking a Junior Officer of Operations Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Update accounting policy according to requirements of local tax regulations and other regulations;

2. Management of local accounting system (e.g. 1-C)

3. Input transactions to Local accounting system (e.g. 1-C) according to requirement of local tax regulations and other regulations;

4. Daily expense payment and accounting bookkeeping;

5. Daily bank account booking and reconciliation;

6. Management of invoice and accounting archives;

7. Preparation of reports required by local authorities;

8. Other accounting issues according to accounting policyand requirements;

9. Liaise with external auditors;

10. Any other duties assigned by Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Education and training: Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, banking or related discipline or equivalent education background;
2. Experience: at least three years work in banks, or in an area relevant to the assigned responsibilities;
3. Communication skills: fluent English, Chinese is preferred;
4. Integrity, impartiality, dedication, strong sense of responsibility and perfect team work;
5. Self-motivated and customer focused.
6. CV in English.

Official Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and AIFC Labor Regulations; Social package; Career prospects; Timely pay; Schedule from Monday to Friday from from 08:30 to 17:30; Lunch break from 12:00 to 14:00; Health Insurance; The amount of wages is determined during the interview.
