Are you passionate about fostering growth and development in others? KPMG is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Astana or Almaty. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.
As our L&D Specialist, you will:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on various topics and formats, including soft skills, technical skills, and compliance, ensuring active participation through practical exercises and group discussions.
• Create and maintain the Learning Framework, coordinating internal and external training in both online and offline formats.
• Analyze training effectiveness using participant surveys, tests, and practical exercises, providing recommendations for program improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of training activities, including reports, evaluations, and participant feedback, and prepare management reports.
• Organize training sessions by managing logistics for large-scale training events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and budget management.

You're the perfect match for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, HR, International Relations or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or professional training.

• Experience in organizing large-scale training events and managing logistics.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
