KPMG is seeking a Manager (DPP Audit & Assurance) to join our team. In this role, you will primarily support the DPP Assurance team in handling consultations related to audit methodology from engagement teams. You will also be involved in supporting, training, and monitoring the use of KPMG Clara Workflow (KCW) and audit methodology. This is an exciting opportunity to work on audit-related projects, assist with consultations, and contribute to regulatory reviews and internal quality inspections.

As a Manager (DPP Audit & Assurance) , you will:
- Research and respond to mandatory and non-mandatory audit consultations and informal queries for KPMG staff, ensuring alignment with International Standards of Auditing (ISA), ISAE, and ISRE.
- Provide guidance on methodology questions related to KPMG's audit framework (KAEG) and the use of KPMG Clara Workflow (KCW).
- Coach and provide input to audit teams during the consultation process.
- Prepare content for audit updates and training on ISA for KPMG partners and staff.
- Stay updated on developments in local standards and ISAs through research and participation in topic teams.
- Assist in regulatory reviews and internal quality inspections, supporting engagement partners in addressing methodology matters raised during such reviews.
- Support senior staff members with project management and implementation of specific projects within DPP Assurance.

- Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Are able to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals at all levels, both within and outside KPMG.
- Have a professional work ethic and good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Are fluent in English.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Audit Manager or Audit Assistant Manager.
- Practical experience in applying auditing standards and requirements on audit engagements.
