We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Investment Department to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing investment projects, conducting comprehensive financial and industry analysis, and engaging with potential foreign investors.

Job responsibilities:

Financial and economic analysis of investment projects

• Conduct due diligence, evaluation, and vetting of investment projects.
• Assess and review proposed financial models; build financial models from scratch when required.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance project attractiveness.

Industry analysis and market research

• Conduct detailed industry analysis and market research within assigned sectors.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and potential investors, ensuring all reports are in English.

Presentation and communication

• Develop structured and visually engaging presentations to effectively communicate key information on investment projects and industry trends.

Investor outreach and engagement

• Proactively reach out to potential foreign investors and engage in advanced discussions on available investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, International Relations, or Public Administration.
• Prior experience working with investment projects is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of national legislation on investments and state investment incentives.
• Background in project valuation or relevant experience in financial and business consulting is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create detailed analyses and presentations.
