About the Role

We’re expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated representatives to handle inbound leads from U.S. clients.
This is a fully remote position with flexible conditions and complete training for beginners.

You’ll be working with real American clients who have already requested quotes for moving services - no cold calls.

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls, chats, and quote requests from U.S. customers
• Consult clients about moving options and pricing
• Guide customers through the booking process
• Record interactions in the CRM system
• Meet daily and monthly sales goals
• Continuously improve through feedback and training

Requirements
• English level: С1 or higher - ability to communicate confidently with U.S. clients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable internet connection and home workspace
• Work according to California daytime hours (PST)
• Motivation to learn and perform consistently
• Previous sales experience or moving industry background is a plus, but not required
