• Lead and implement the project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with client and international standards.

• Oversee all QA/QC processes related to pipeline construction, welding, coating, hydrotesting, and material traceability.

• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and client-specific standards.

• Supervise site QA/QC teams, including inspectors and coordinators.

• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Approval Requests.

• Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and certifying bodies during audits and inspections.

• Conduct internal audits and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Manage document control for quality records and ensure proper turnover dossiers.

• 10+ years of QA/QC experience in pipeline construction within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong knowledge of welding inspections, NDT methods, coating, and pipeline integrity standards.

• Certified in CSWIP 3.1/3.2, API 570/1104, or ASNT Level II/III (preferred).

• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO 9001).

• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional QA/QC teams.
