• Increasing Customer satisfaction through periodic meetings, Customers Surveys, product delivery controls.

• Deploying standard tools and indicators, and contributing to their improvement.

• Ensuring Process governance, Risk and Opportunity management with site interested parties.

• Degree in Engineering or Quality management.

• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.

• Familiarity with the railway industry norms and certifications.

• Experience or understanding of industrial quality in a leadership role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Customer and result focus.

• Team management, negotiation, and strategic vision.

• Leadership and internal and external influencing skills.

• Knowledge of English, Kazakh and Russian languages.
