Are you curious about how top talent is hired in one of the world’s leading professional services firms? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Researcher to support our Talent Acquisition team in Almaty or Astana.

As a Recruitment Researcher, you will:

• Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and screening for various business units.

• Conduct market research and build target lists of potential candidates.

• Maintain and updаtеcandidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

• Draft and post job advertisements across internal and external platforms.

• Help coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

• Assist with employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.

• Prepare basic reports and recruitment-related documentation as needed.

You're the perfect match for this role if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Management or a related field.

• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
