Duties:

  • Good knowledge of Windows programs
  • Welcoming visitors and processing telephone calls in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures
  • Process incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Working with providers and assist with preparation of Agreements
  • Assist to all professional staff and collaboration with them and Admin team
  • Interaction with renters, employees, ensuring communication between them and management/heads;
  • Organization of office activities
  • Drawing up requests for the purchase of household goods, office supplies;
  • Work with utility organizations, specialists (electricians, plumbers and etc.), providers, contractors;
  • Control over technical office staff (cleaning lady);
  • Control over the proper condition of communications, office equipment, furniture, cleanliness in the office;

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Russian (Kazakh language skills an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Windows programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be a highly responsible person with attention to detail, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Pleasant manner and style
  • Be a good team member with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Feeling for confidentiality
  • Stress resistance
