Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to the automation of tax processes based on the SAP platform;

• Develop methodologies for automating tax accounting and reporting in SAP, including adaptation of solutions to the specific needs of the client's business;

• Assess and optimize tax processes in line with current business needs and legal requirements;

• Lead a team of consultants, provide training and share expertise with junior colleagues;

• Prepare project documentation, methodological materials, standards, and recommendations for clients regarding tax automation;

• Collaborate with key stakeholders (including client management and technical teams) to ensure successful project delivery;

• Represent the company in client meetings, participate in negotiations, and prepare proposals for process automation improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on tax automation and taxation;

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP;

• Experience in developing methodological approaches, standards, and processes for tax automation in SAP;

• Knowledge of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Higher education in economics, finance, applied mathematics, information technology, or related disciplines;

• Strong client-facing skills, including experience in preparing and delivering presentations;

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
