As our Senior Consultant/Manager in the Valuation and Dispute Advisory team, you will:

• Business Valuation Leadership: Take charge of disputes related projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Client and Target Engagement: Engage with management and personnel of both the client and target company, including during site visits.
• Financial Analysis and Research: Perform financial analysis of historic results and projections, conduct industry research, and prepare various financial models.
• Valuation Execution: Conduct business valuations using market and cost approaches, and ensure accurate market analysis.
• Deliverable Supervision: Prepare and oversee client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts, and other project documentation, as well as marketing materials.
• Team Management: Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff, ensuring their work aligns with project goals.
• Presentation of Results: Present project deliverables to senior colleagues and management, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Hold a higher education degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Have experience in preparation of expert witness reports and related financial models is an advantage.
• Bring 3-6 years of relevant experience in a Big 4 firm or other consulting firms with valuation, corporate finance or dispute advisory experience.
• Have strong knowledge of valuation methodologies such as DCF, with a solid understanding of financial accounting, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills for structuring data and conducting in-depth research.
• Possess excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Are fluent in both English and Russian, and are ready for business travel as needed.
• Possess CFA qualification (is a strong plus).
