Role Overview:

Collect & Pay Ltd. is searching for the ideal candidate who will ensure smooth organization and effective practice management by providing legal support services under the supervision of our team of lawyers.

This position requires a confident, outgoing, and engaging individual who demonstrates great communication, efficiency, professionalism, self-motivation, and a mature work ethic.

The ideal candidate must have proficient knowledge of MS office (Word - Styles, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe, and a compelling interest in AIFC Law in order to support our meaningful work.

Additionally, our candidate will need to be open, adaptable and motivated to learn, conduct necessary research, and work really well with multiple lawyers in this role. Specifically, You Will

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support:

• Preparing documents including (drafting, formatting, editing, and proofing) information- correspondence, memos, agreements, legislation, historical documents, and reports.
• Approving KYC, KYT, KYS, KYE updates and new accounts.
• Ensuring compliance policies and procedures are followed and put into practice.

Provide administrative support by:

• Handling communications with lawyers
• Locating and compiling documents in PDF for file relevant information or programs
• Staying informed regarding industry trends and issues.
• Reviewing and following up on all head office managers and auditors to ensure

compliance and attention to deficiencies and providing responses back to head office managers.

Provide operational support by:

• Assisting with C&P review activities.
• Respond to team members regarding their questions on legal & AML issues
• Follow up with departments when responses have not been received

Contribute to the effective functioning of C&P team by:

• Building effective working relationships across the team and with various business line and corporate function contacts.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Facilitating a culture of open and honest communication.
• Actively participating and contributing to touch bases and team meetings.
• Encouraging the generation of new ideas and approaches.
• Actively sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the development of all team members.
• Developing and executing a meaningful employee development plan.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Managing compliance, legal advisory, or a related role over 5 years, preferably within the Financial services or Fintech industry.
• Legal Education or Equivalent Required for the Candidate
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in verification processes and compliance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the regulations, including the AIFC/Kazakhstan Law and international standards.
• Fluent in Russian (native or advanced) with an upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
