Are you an experienced finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for strategic financial planning? We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Manager to lead our Budgeting Department.

As the Senior Manager of the Budgeting Department, you will be responsible for:

• Formulating, submitting, and defending the AIFC budget request to the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan for the planning period.
• Collaborating on the approval of the AIFC budget for the relevant period, including for Bodies and Organizations within the AIFC.
• Ensuring the defense of the AIFC Comptroller's report before the Audit Commission.
• Preparing budget execution reports for internal use.
• Providing information on budgetary matters upon request from officials, representatives of ministries, public institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
• Drafting internal regulations on budgetary matters.
• Reviewing and considering budget requests from AIFC bodies and organizations.
• Monitoring the execution of the AIFC budget, including oversight of Bodies and Organizations.
• Providing advisory support to Bodies and Organizations on budgetary and financial matters.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Familiarity with the regulatory and financial landscape in Kazakhstan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the financial sector is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian.
