AIFC Authority is looking for a highly motivated and diplomatic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of Corporate Administration and International Relations Department.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the organization and execution of international events.
Represent AIFC Authority in interactions with embassies, international organizations, and financial institutions.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and international missions of AIFC senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with diplomatic protocol and event planning standards.
Liaise with state protocol offices and foreign delegations to ensure smooth coordination of visits.
Facilitate international delegations’ visits to AIFC, coordinating speakers and agendas.
Monitor international developments and advise on strategic implications for AIFC.
Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
Draft and implement international relations strategies aligned with AIFC goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Finance, Economics, Investment, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years in government agencies, quasi-public institutions, international organizations, consulting, or the financial sector.
Skills:
Strong communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Capable of working autonomously and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience managing protocol and high-level diplomatic engagements.
