KPMG is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Astana, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. As our IT Support Specialist, you will:

• System Installation and Upgrades: Install and upgrade computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth operations.
• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting user hardware, software, and network issues.
• Device Support: Maintain and support multi-functional devices, including printers, scanners, and copiers.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:​​​​​​​

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role (L1), providing hands-on technical support.
• Possess a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems, with basic troubleshooting skills.
• Are familiar with installing and configuring operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Are customer-service oriented, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Are proficient in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
