About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Integration engineer with a strong engineering and management background.

This role combines technical solution engineering, integration development, project management and strict delivery ownership.

You will support the Enterprise Integration team in running the integration process:

• Design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions

• Conduct code reviews

• Sustain high-quality code base

• Collect requirements from internal and external stakeholders

• Evaluate task complexity and timelines

• Strictly follow the implementation and delivery deadlines

Our expectations:

• 3+ years of Backend Development

• 2+ years of Project Management/Account Management

• Hard Skills: Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, GAP Analysis, CJM, Postman, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis

• Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level
• Location: any, except Russia and Belarus

• Ability to independently gather and define requirements

• Ability to keep cold head and focus under the deadline pressure

• Strong stakeholder management and scope control

• Clear communication, prioritization, and daily execution control

• "Get things done" mindset - full responsibility for timely delivery
