The IT company Andersen invites an experienced System Analyst to work on a large-scale project for our Azerbaijani partner.
The customer is a leading financial institution headquartered in Azerbaijan, providing a wide range of banking services. With a focus on corporate and investment banking, it offers tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients. The bank is known for its innovative approach and commitment to digital transformation, offering convenient online tools and platforms for seamless banking experiences. The company has a strong regional presence with representative offices in Turkey, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and the UAE.
The project is the development of applications for the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving information from stakeholders and product owners and carry out its primary processing.
- Conducting initial filtering and analysis of the validity and feasibility of requirements.
- Searching for optimal solution paths for incoming tasks.
- Preparing detailed technical specification for developers – TD (Technical Documentation) or detailed description on related tickets in Jira.
- Testing of own developments and parametrization.
- Engaged in the parametrization of the Core Banking system and related systems.
- Reflection of collected business requirements to the specific doc – BR (Business Requirements)
- Defining proper acceptance criteria for each task.
Must-haves:
- Commercial experience as a System/Business Analyst for 5+ years.
- Experience in Fintech (on projects related to bank cards, generation, etc.).
- Strong understanding of banking processes.
- Knowledge of Core Banking system (FlexCube).
- Experience of work in Customer, Account, Payments and Lending modules.
- Knowledge of system or process analysis techniques (UML, BPMN).
- Knowledge of database management (SQL).
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in working with web service testing application (SoapUI).
- Knowledge of diagramming and visual collaboration tools (Figma/Miro/MS Visio).
- Level of English – Intermediate+ or above.
