As a Wireless Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our wireless products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure our wireless products meet market demands and align with the company’s overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide deep insights into industry trends, customer networks, and wireless developments, helping clients formulate effective network construction strategies. Guide the evolution of their networks toward target goals and assist with budget planning.

• Understand customers' business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Support the creation of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.

• Facilitate clear communication and a better understanding of market requirements.

• Deliver in-depth and high-level technical presentations to customers.

• Stay informed on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.

Requirements:

• Strong independent thinking, effective communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to deliver key messages to customers. A solid customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address customer requirements.

• Fundamental knowledge of Radio/RAN communication principles and wireless products (GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR), including Radio Access Network architecture, base station equipment, antennas, and passive components. Experience working with enterprise customers, especially in B2B projects, is preferred.

• Practical experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization, with a solid understanding of customers' wireless network planning methodologies.

• A commitment to continuous learning, staying up-to-date on new technologies, product knowledge, and platform tools.

• Ability to bring together cross-functional teams, creating a safe environment where diverse opinions are heard and addressed. Focus on team success over individual achievements.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
