I am interested in the position of Russian Language and Literature. My work experience at an International
Baccalaureate international school is 11 years . I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this
position make me an ideal candidate for the job.

As a teacher, I have developed strong leadership and teaching skills. I have worked with students of
different ages and I also have gained the IB programme advantages. I have also been an examiner for the
International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in Language A: Language and Literature (Russian) since
2016. For the last 3 years I have been working as a specialist in the center dealing with teaching methods
and curriculum design. In this position, my job is to develop and improve educational programs, organize
and conduct courses and trainings for teachers. My areas of interest and research are the development of
functional literacy in Russian language and literature classes, digital reading, teaching and learning based on
research and big ideas.

I am confident that my experience in the eduaction area and my research skills and experience in
