• Coordinated and led the work between Ministry of Trade and Integration and FAO on assessing the potential of Kazakhstan in creating agri-food hubs.
• Invited about 16 international and local experts to participate in the project;
• Developed detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) for various experts within the project, outlining the specific roles, responsibilities, and deliverables expected from each expert; moreover, negotiated competitive salaries for these experts, taking into consideration their qualifications, experience, and market standards.
• Developed letter of agreement (LoA) for signing with the QazTrade for data collection

Experienced Expert in Trade Law and Policy - WTO, EAEU
• Consulted on trade cooperation and preferential agreements: government procurement policy and local content: market access, cooperation, identifying foreign market entry barriers etc.
• Contributed to shaping Kazakhstan's perspective on public procurement as outlined in international agreements (FTAs) for presentation to the global community
• Developed initial offer for the start of negotiations on Kazakhstan's accession to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement
• Prepared briefing materials, talking points, meeting reports, correspondence for the DG, Ministers and and Vice-Ministers in English, Kazakh and Russian

PUBLIC GOVERNANCE PROJECT MANAGER
• Coordinated comprehensive co-operation between Kazakhstan and OECD in the field of public governance. I oversaw the implementation of approximately 15 OECD projects involving 8 Ministries, the National Commission for Women, and the Supreme Court. Through 5 years of dedicated collaboration with the OECD, we successfully upgraded Kazakhstan's status within the Public Governance Committee from invitee to participant in 2019.
• Conducted analysis and developed action plans on Public Governance issues: Gender Equality, Policy Evaluation, Rule of Law, Open and Inclusive Government .
• Collaborated with others on strengthening of the legal framework and institutions in place to ensure the respect of human rights and justice for all.
• Conducted a policy dialogue to support the establishment of an independent, effective and accountable judicial system.
• Closely engaged with OECD experts (Hille Hinsber etc.) to identify shortcomings in legislation for improving civil engagement in Kazakhstan's decision-making processes
• Collaborated with public councils under various government bodies, NGOs and civil alliances to promote transparency and inclusivity in decision-making
• Facilitated assessments by OECD experts (Tatyana Teplova etc.) and provided recommendations for improvement;
• Partnered with the Committee on Civil Society Affairs (Sultanova Gulbara) to represent Kazakhstan in OECD meetings to learn from international peers about mechanisms for enhancing civil engagement in decision-making processes;
• Engaged in discussions and knowledge-sharing to explore best practices and strategies for improving civil engagement in Kazakhstan's decision-making processes
