Teaching:
- Design, develop, and deliver lectures, seminars, and other teaching materials.
-Plan and deliver courses within the subject area.
-Mark and provide feedback on student work.
Research:
-Conduct original research and publish findings in academic journals or at conferences.
-Contribute to the University's research profile.
-Review research papers of the SIST conference
Contribution to the Department and University:
-Contribute to curriculum development and revisions.
-Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
-Organize different kind of events, such as International Book Giving Day, Book fair, Inspire Talks.
-Participate in selection process for academic mobility program.
- Participation in teacher training courses (for professional development), (certificates are available)

- Conducting and organization of educational and educational-methodical work
- Participation in the research work of the department
- Design the work program in English

- Conducting classes in English and Chinese
- Forming the Curriculum
- Participation in the development of educational and methodological work
