We are currently seeking a talented: Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the 1C application.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization and L2 support.
• Plan and execute deployments, releases, upgrades, and configuration changes in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure system availability, integrity, and security in line with company policies.
• Maintain and updаtеoperational documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
• Work closely with vendor support and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
• Participate in change management processes, ensuring all changes follow ITIL and organizational procedures.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to the application.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced 1C system administrator with solid understanding of ITIL principles, especially change, incident, and release management.
• Strong technical foundation in system operations, configuration, and deployment processes.
• English – B2 level (written communication required);
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, IT infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

• Monthly salary ranges from 715 086 netto. Salary is negotiable based on experience and competencies (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.)
