Requirements:

High education with major in -International relations, Interpreter –Translator.
English – Upper Intermediate
Experience in Administrative area not less than 2 years
Excellent communicative skills, flexibility, ability to execute multiple tasks, ability to work with time and management pressure.

Responsibilities:

Process telephone calls in accordance with the Firm’s policies and procedures
Process incoming/outgoing correspondence Set up Department meetings
Prepare expense reports
Fill out time reports- Issue invoices
Assist with preparation of Agreements and Proposals from draft to "ready to sign"
Conduct internal procedures for new clients
Use the Firm's information/reporting systems
