Job Purpose:
Admissions Manager lead and manage the Admissions function, ensuring an efficient, compliant and customer-focused admissions process from application to enrolment, while supporting continuous improvement and strong collaboration across the university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Admissions Team, ensuring effective operations and high service standards.
- Oversee the full admissions process from application to enrolment, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage clear and timely communication with applicants and new students.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on admissions systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with academic and professional teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Produce reports and analyse admissions data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate placement-related admissions activities with internal and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement of admissions processes and support wider institutional projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in Admissions or student recruitment, preferably in higher education.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of admissions policies, compliance and relevant legislation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports.
