Dear All,

Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association (KFICA) is currently seeking for an Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of tasks instructed by KFICA Director;
• General Administrative Support of FIC and KFICA events (www.fic.kz);
• Perform reception and clerical duties;
• Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• General office procurement and inventory control;
• Assist with providing working materials (collecting, printing, binding, translating);
• Liaise with team Assistants of the Governing Board, KFICA members and Government Officials;
• Keep track for events Registrar and Associations Calendar of internal and external meetings;
• Collect payments slips, expenditures invoices and liaises with outsourced accounting company.

The job holder must have:

- University Degree;

- Preferable experience in international company or non-profit organizations;

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;

- Strong speechwriting skills in Russian and English;

- Strong knowledge of Russian, English and Kazakh;

- Attention to details.
