• Providing corporate consulting and contracts support to divisions and functions within the Company, including but not limited to

  – preparation and analysis of corporate documents of legal entities/branches of the Company

  - ensuring timely registration, re-registration, liquidation of legal entities, branches, change of managers, interaction with notaries and third parties to resolve other corporate issues

  - Customer contracts management: pre-award and post-award in accordance with the Company’s standards

  - contract management of intercompany agreements

  - providing legal support in resolving corporate and contracts issues - analysis of legislation, analysis of judicial practice

  - interaction with the functional departments of the company, work in systems available in the Company, updating the necessary information in systems

  - conducting trainings for company employees

  - archiving, proof reading of contracts

  - execution of other instructions from the manager on corporate and legal support issues

• Kazakhstan Law degree. Higher education

  • 3+ years of legal experience in the law firm and/or in-house;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh, Russian, English;

  • Strong interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to triage and resolve issues efficiently and timely working directly and collaboratively with internal clients;

  • Ability to work in diverse, dynamic environment;

  • Works well independently but also enjoys to collaborate with a team. Creativity, curiosity;

  • MS Word and Excel.
