Responsibilities:- Understand the internal strategies of customer and it’s specific on important for Mars product categories and retail formats
- To know the target customer shoppers, KPI of their decision-making persons, to understand their competitive context
- To be able to analyze market data and evaluate the category potential within customer, together with the cross-functional team to search, offer and implement new solutions in the trade, ensuring steady growth of important for Mars categories in the perspective of several years
- Develop and protect the Account Development Plan with the definition of the necessary changes in commercial conditions, category and marketing projects, the calculation of financial recommendations and the allocation of the necessary resources
- Identify in the process of work new business opportunities and implement the company's sales and marketing activity programs with customers, analyzing changes in the strategy, location, performance, and operating conditions
- As part of the Stretch planning process, contribute to the development and alignment of key performance indicators (Sells-Out & Sells-In, customer stock levels, investment levels, sales KPI, etc.) and then to achieve them with customers
- Track and monitor the results and effectiveness of ongoing programs and activities at customers, present them at relevant respective meetings
- As part of the stretch planning process, contribute to the development and alignment of the annual budget for a group of designated key customers
- Effectively manage the annual budget to achieve sales plans and implement planned activities within budget constraints
- Timely take the necessary corrective measures to ensure budget objectives are met
- Conduct negotiation sessions with customer as part of annual negotiation campaigns, as well as in the process of planning and coordinating individual activities
- Qualitatively manage multi-level customer relations, focusing on top decision making persons, to ensure mutually beneficial positive and trustful interaction with key individuals, improve the final business results of the two parties and ensure the steady development of Mars in the market
- Regularly manage customer in the everyday matters, both in terms of the implementation of routine business processes and in the area of partner relationships
- Coordinate and facilitate the work of a cross-functional team to ensure an appropriate level of customization of the company's solutions, meeting the expectations of customer and being in accordance with Mars strategy on the market
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 2+ Years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
- Experience in the use of integrated analytics to improve the investments efficiency
- Experience in project management, ability to lead cross-functional “mixed” teams
- Commercial and financial acumen with a retail deep understanding
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to respond and adapt in a fast-paced, highly volatile environment
- English – Intermediate
- Experienced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint)
